    Refunds

    Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, COMFORT will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
    Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
    It may take your financial institution for additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.


    Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

    Order Cancellations

    Cancelling order is available before the order is not yet been packed or shipped.


    My Account> Order History> Cancel order


    Orders at the packing or shipping steps are not cancellable.
    If you want to cancel at these steps, please receive the order and place a return.
    Return delivery fee would be imposed.

    Exchanges & returns

    COMFORT does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item at your earliest convenient.


    To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization through your COMFORT account Or you can contact our Customer Service to assist you with the return process.


    1. Step 1 - Sign in to COMFORT account and access your order history.
    2. Step 2 - Request a Return Authorization.
    3. Step 3 - A Return Authorization number and return instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
    4. Step 4 - Follow the instructions and coordinate the return with your local postal service.


    COMFORT offers 14 days return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
    Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorization number will not be accepted.

    All items that may be authorized to be returned must be in “Brand new, Unworn condition” and can be done so with proof of purchase within 14 days from the delivered date.


    *Please note: These items are not refundable- no exceptions.

    • - All sale items, discounted merchandises.
    • - Made-to-order items, products with “no refundable” note.
    • - Products that have lost the value of merchandise(removed tags, any kind of scents, missing wraps/ gifts, traces of worn etc.)


    *Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically flagged in our system.
    If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action as blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.

    COMFORT reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy.
    Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

    Shipping

    Your orders will be shipped by Fedex or EMS. Shipping cost may vary depend on your location.

    Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

    When the package departs, tracking number will be shared to your email.


  • 3.
    Payment information

    Payments and refunds are invoiced in USD.

    COMFORT accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

    Please note only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

    Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged to the customer. 

    If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, COMFORT will not refund these charges.

    • - Step 4: Confirm order
    • - Step 5: Check out
    • - Step 6: Order completed


    Please keep your order and payment approval number when ordering as a Guest.

    These will be automatically saved if you’re a member.


    Payment method can not be changed after the order is completed. If you want to

    change the payment method, please cancel and order again.


    Orders could be automatically canceled and refunded when the item is sold out while

    proceeding the order.

    • - You can check the progress of your order and previous purchase history.
    • - Basic information from membership can be applied immediately when ordering.
    • - You can sign up as a member by filling in the terms of use, consent to the privacy policy, and subscribe items in the form through membership, which would be effective immediately.
    • - You can modify your order details at the steps before product packaging or shipping after the order is completed.
    • - Be the first to know by receiving our newsletters about COMFORT store, ground by COMFORT, and CAFE COMFORT.
